Is posting a job free?
Yes. Posting a job on Pakelp is completely free, and there is no commission or fee when you hire someone. You pay the provider directly, at the price you agree.
How long does it take to get quotes?
Most job posts get their first quote within a few hours. Urgent jobs in bigger cities are usually quicker. Your post stays open for 7 days, and you can renew it if you need longer.
How do I know a provider is genuine?
Every quote shows the provider’s rating, how many reviews they have, whether their identity is verified, and how many jobs they have completed through Pakelp. You can open their full profile and read every review before you decide.
Do I have to hire anyone?
No. There is no obligation. If none of the quotes suit you, cancel the post or just let it expire — nothing is charged either way.
Can I share my phone number in the post?
We hide phone numbers and email addresses in job posts. Providers reach you through Pakelp chat instead, which means we have a record if anything goes wrong. Once you hire someone, you can share whatever details you like with them directly.
How many jobs can I post?
You can have 3 open job posts at a time, and post up to 5 in a day. That keeps the listings genuine for the providers reading them. If you regularly need more, contact us.
What if the provider does not turn up?
Report a no-show from the job page. The post reopens so you can hire someone else, and the provider’s record reflects it. Our team reviews repeat no-shows.
